1. When sending your message, give us your name and contact information.
2. We need to know the proposed date and time you're requesting the band.
3. How long do you want us to perform?
4. Is power, sound (PA), lights, and stage provided or do we need to bring it? (We do not provide stage. If outdoors, there absolutely must be overhead cover for the stage.)
5. Describe the show/venue in general terms.
